The app for Bluetooth does not work with my android phone

I switched from Dario to Okra, my Dario meter stopped working, they could not figure out why and told me to buy a new one. Instead I bought Okra. It works fine except for the blue tooth connection which sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. When it doesn’t work it leaves gaps in the history and average glucose reading. I was willing to learn more and when I first reached out to Okra they where very helpful. After that I tried reaching out and got nothing back. Today I called customer support and got a recording that they were not available and to call back during business hours. I was calling at 10am from the pacific time zone business hours!
I am going back to Dario.

Bought the meter, but neglected to purchase strips since thought home pharmacies would.
Not true, so order the blue tooth meter starter kit that comes with all I required to monitor blood glucose with test solution. Gave the first meter to daughter. No all is good and we now have a great product.

Initially, I was having trouble uploading data from the meter to the phone app... the app being a key reason to try out the Okra system.
I think I have it sorted now and am looking forward to having instant access to the abundance of available information.
