Shipping Policy
OKRA Care offers free standard shipping of 5-10 business days on all purchases. Our fulfillment center processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on United States national holidays. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping information. This shipping information will allow you to follow your package’s shipment progress. Please allow 5-10 business days after processing for free delivery.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service at 1-833-977-1339 or at support@okra.care. We respond to calls and emails Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.
If your product is damaged during transit, OKRA Care will replace the damaged product free of additional charge.
OKRA Care is not responsible for replacing products shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Customers are responsible for inputting their shipping addresses correctly. OKRA Care will not replace products that are shipped to a customer's previous address in the event the customer has not updated their shipping information to their current address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is current and accurate for all shipments.
