1. Is the OKRA Meter accurate?

All of our meters are FDA-approved for quality, accuracy, and reliability. Furthermore, they have a 99% accuracy rating and readings which fall within 15% of laboratory value. That means they’re highly accurate and reliable!

2. Do I need Insurance?

You do not need insurance to purchase from OKRA! Our mission is to make managing diabetes convenient and affordable for everyone. Insurance companies actually drive up costs and create barriers to accessing diabetic supplies. So OKRA cut out the middleman to pass the savings onto you.

Our direct-to-consumer service and affordable price means you don’t need insurance to purchase our glucose monitoring systems. Learn more about why we’ll never require insurance!

3. Are there any hidden fees?

Never. At OKRA, the price you see is the price you pay. We’re committed to utmost transparency, so you never have to deal with hidden fees or extra costs.

4. Do OKRA meters come with a warranty?

Yes. Every OKRA meter comes with a 2-year warranty. You can activate your warranty by registering your product here.

5. Is shipping always free?

Yes, ALWAYS! All OKRA products are always shipped for free straight to your doorstep.

6. How does the OKRA meter work?

The OKRA meter is easier to use than many on the market. Just watch our quick introductory video below or on YouTube.

7. What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time without repercussion.

Simply log into your “My Subscription” account or contact our customer service team at 1-833-977-1339. We’re available to help from 9-5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

8. What if I have too many supplies?

If you find yourself with more supplies than you need, you can pause deliveries or update your order frequency at any time.

Simply login into your OKRA customer account to update your delivery preferences. Whenever you’re ready for more supplies, simply reactivate your subscription or increase your order frequency.

10. What should I do if I see an error message on my OKRA meter?

Not to worry! We made a simple video on how to solve the errors you see on the OKRA Meter.

11. How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account within the app. Open the app, click on the "account" icon at the bottom right, then click on "my settings". There, you will find a button labeled "Delete Account". Please refer to the screenshot below.
